@dustin Yeah, I think it's equal parts system and GM approach. I like rulesets that treat failure as an engine for story and plot, which Blades and Powered by the Apocalypse both do

@dustin I think everybody wants to feel like their characters matters and impacts the story. You'd have to be deliberate with game system and setting, something where failure advances the story

whereas I can't get company buy-in on my concept of "minimum viable caring"
