@christa Yea! I started working with them in 2019. Outside of dev-work I mostly do things like:

- Establishing a circle for holding financial decisions so it wasn't just the Founder/CEO.
- Setting up a Balanced Board, with worker-representation matching the Founder's representation at the Governance level.
- Supporting the CEO's transition out of the company as it became collectively managed.
- Facilitating the Coop conversion
