reposting federated: i stuck chia seeds to the underside of a terracotta saucer, positioned a grow lamp below, and got chia to grow upside down for no real reason except to Spit in the Face of GOD

the upside-down chia finally died after over a month so as one final indignity i have set the saucer it was growing on upside-down on a railing outside so that now, only in death, is the chia right side up

@kit this is going to replace popcorn ceiling I Swear It

@kit
"God is dead...And we have killed him. How shall we comfort ourselves, the murderers of all murderers? What was holiest and mightiest of all that the world has yet owned has bled to death under our knives: who will wipe this blood off us? What water is there for us to clean ourselves? What festivals of atonement, what sacred games shall we have to invent? Is not the greatness of this deed too great for us? Must we ourselves not become gods simply to appear worthy of it?"

@kit the problems is roots. auxines in plants roots work under gravitation and they define the direction for roots growth.
@kit this has nothing to do with "gods" of any kind, spider-man or other fairy tales. just botanics and chemistry.
